LOCATION: The Luzianne by Roami is located in the Central Business District and is a quick 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants New Orleans has to offer.

The Space:
The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. 1 Smart TV is located in the living room. See bed count below:

AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby.

PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 6 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Simple stay

This is the first time we have stayed at roami. The location is perfect and easy to get to restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very basic and has everything you need. My only complaints are the chair in the family room is very uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be welcomed with some waters in the fridge which I believe when we rented it said a welcome packet was provided. Lastly, we used the pullout couch and the down comforter provided had bloodstains on it. 😳 We were able to cover it with the sheets. Other than that our stay was great.

Family Vacation

I was actually amazed at how accurate the description and the unit matched! Normally you get a description that sells you on the unit and it's different when you arrive. This unit was a direct reflection of the add. I would definitely recommend renting this unit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Phenomenal Visit

This property was perfect for us! This was a family trip with a teenager. Check-In Access to all areas of the building was very easy. Location This was our ideal location. While it wasn't in the heart of the French Quarter, it was right in the center of everything we wanted. Everything was very easy to walk to. The FQ was about a 5-7 minute walk. It's close to the Garden District and the WWII Museum. It's just a fantastic location. I would come here again just for this location. Cleanliness & Amenities This unit exceeded my expectations. It's clear that this is building was recently renovated. The suite was spotless and was well-appointed. There was a dishwasher, washer/dryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, etc. We didn't need anything. Suite The suite/unit has two bedrooms and looks exactly as it did in the photos presented online. It was perfect. The ONLY objection I had was that none of the bedrooms have windows or TVs. We didn't spend much time at all inside so this wasn't a huge deal but I do like natural light in a bedroom space. The beds were very comfortable as well. We slept well after long days of walking. Noise If you're a light sleeper, the unit does pick-up sound very easily so bring ear plugs. Not a big deal though. Overall Book this unit! You will not regret it.

Great Location!

This was a great location! The rooms were large, huge closets, and plenty of space in the common area. The bathroom lighting could definitely be improved but small flaw in a great property. Future bookers please know that even though this property says it can sleep 6, they will charge you for more than 2 guests. Makes absolutely no sense to me because we had 2 couples to fit the 2 king beds and there was no disclaimer about the number of people they considered "extra" anywhere on the website until after we had booked. Would rather not work with a property management company that is trying to trick people into paying useless fees.

Nola pad

Great stay at this lovely condo in Nola. Awesome location close to everything to do downtown. Easy strolling distance to the French Quarter the Superdome Nola parade route and many local options for great food and cocktails. Easy check in. Interior was lovely and well accommodated. The lobby was under repair but posed no problems. The internet kept going in and out which made it challenging at times to watch TV Minor detail. Otherwise all was just perfect and would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location-enjoyable amenities-fabulous apartment!

Quiet inside with plenty of opportunity for good food and activity close by. Nice parking garage next door. Lots of options within walking distance and Uber was quickly available for other adventures. 15min walk to Superdome. Unit provided all the necessities although the couch and dining table was not as large as pictured. The wall of windows and kitchen was gorgeous! The friendliness and response of the management team was top notch. Overall beautiful place with a sleek minimalistic vibe. We will be back.
