Welcome to this beautiful independent cottage, not overlooked, completely renovated in 2018 and classified 4 stars in furnished tourism. I will be delighted to welcome you on site in this space of relaxation, tranquility and conviviality. This house, fully equipped for 8 people, has all the desired comfort. You will find on the ground floor a cellar (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a very convivial kitchen very equipped with corner meal, 1 room of bath with tub-shower and TOILET, 1 separated TOILET as well a bright room including a living room with fireplace insert, flat screen TV 96 cm (TNT satellite) and a dining area for 8 people.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom (3 persons) with balcony and 1 bed 2 persons (160x200) +1 single bed (90x190), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons (140x190), 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190) , 1 bathroom with shower. Crib. WIRELESS. Rental of sheets and towels.

Around the cottage, you can relax on the large terrace, and enjoy the enclosed garden of 1500 m2 with its unique and unobstructed view of pastures and forests. Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem geräumigen Haus. Vier bis sechs Personen können sich sehr gut in dem geräumigen Haus aufhalten. Der Garten ist riesig, eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund wichtig war. Viele Spielemöglichkeiten mit Tischtennis, Basketball, verschiedene andere Spiele. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in großzügigem Ambiente. Sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, für alle Fragen da. Sehr unkompliziert. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 35 Minuten Fahrzeit, in der Nähe ist ein Brotverkauf. Gerne wieder um sehr gut abschalten zu können. Danke!

Très belle maison de vacances

A fabulous property

First of all Damien & his wife were very welcoming & friendly and throughout all communications were clear and responded to quickly. The house is very well equipped, with nothing required or needed and the welcome gift of wine & honey was a real treat (we went to visit the seller/provide of the honey to buy some to take home, as it was that good). The garden is bigger than even the pictures suggest and is well maintained and beautiful with all the facilities regards varying chairs to sit & lie on & games for teens and kids provided too. It is fenced in and secure for all. Great property, well located to visit Montreuil, Le Crotoy, Saint Valery (we took the Chemin de Fer - great experience), Berck & Le Touquet. All in all a great holiday and would recommend this property to all. Tout d'abord, Damien et sa femme étaient très accueillants et sympathiques et toutes les communications étaient claires et ont répondu rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée, sans rien requis ni nécessaire et le cadeau de bienvenue de vin et de miel était un vrai régal (nous sommes allés rendre visite au vendeur/fournir du miel pour en acheter à emporter à la maison, car c'était si bon). Le jardin est plus grand que ce que suggèrent les photos et est bien entretenu et magnifique avec tous les équipements concernant différentes chaises pour s'asseoir et s'allonger et des jeux pour adolescents et enfants également fournis. Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem großem Garten

wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönem Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, ist sauber und mit allen eingerichtet, was man für diese Zeit benötigt. Sehr gute Betten und Einrichtungen, aber vor allen Dingen ein riesiger Garten, der komplett eingezäunt ist und ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, für unseren Hund war dies ein Paradies. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une résidence entièrement équipée +++ tout y est. Propre, fonctionnel, l’extérieur est génial pour les enfants et les adultes. Le petit plus : cabane dans les arbres et petits coins salon de jardin. Nous conseillons fortement. Propriétaire sympathique avec bons conseils pour les visites à proximité.

A peaceful, rural haven with many highlights

Only an hour from Calais this charming property served the family well for the week. The grounds were immaculate, a large lawned garden with many chairs and tables to sit at and outdoor games to keep all the family amused. The gîte was very well appointed with everything we needed. Comfy, homely and welcoming and very clean. Slight draw was the toilets being downstairs. The location was perfect for us being close enough to small, local towns for exploring, the beaches for walks with our dog and local amenities to supply our meals, all whilst maintaining its rural feel, peace and quiet. A lovely stay!

Klasse Unterkunft

Wir haben in dem Haus eine sehr schöne Woche in Frankreich verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man findet alles vor, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Gerade auch in der Küche. Am liebsten haben wir uns in dem liebevoll gestalteten Garten aufgehalten. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Gite mit großem Grundstück Nähe Montreuil sur Mer.

Wir haben 3 Wochen dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne hätte es noch eine 4. sein können. Das extra große Grundstück ist wunderbar angelegt. Dadurch hatte wir mit 3 Kindern genügend Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Die Räume der Gite wurden alle in grau und graublau gestrichen, 2 Schlafzimmer mit neuen Betten und modernen Teppichen bestückt. Im Wohnbereich findet man massive Holzmöbel und eine ebenfalls neue Couch. Der Eßtisch ist noch alt, fällt aber nicht so ins Gewicht, da alles andere stimmig ist. Die Küche ist im Landhausstil mit nachempfundener Esse und liebevoll dekorierten alten Gebrauchsgegenständen. Wer Badeurlaub möchte, kann dies auch von hier aus tun. Tagsüber Meer, abends Ruhe und ein schönes Umfeld zum Entsannen Die Strände Merlimont, Berck Plage Nord und Perfekt Beach eignen sich für Urlaub mit Hund. Alle in +/- 35 min zu erreichen.

A super gite, maintained with great pride.

Just returned from a week of cycling with two friends. The gite was superb with many little extras and attention to detail. A beautiful well kept garden with plenty of seats of all sizes, some in the shade. Numerous games provided to play in the garden. Some specials hours just watching the wildlife, including nesting birds and large birds of pray. Lovely owners to welcome us to the property. And great cycling country. Just can’t fault the gite. Thank you for our stay.

Aangenaam verblijf!

Wat een aangenaam verblijf! Groot, rustig, immense tuin met alle benodigdheden. Vriendelijk onthaal door de verhuurder, hij mag zeker trots zijn op zijn gite! Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort. Huis ligt ook op goeie afstand om uitstapjes te doen, winkels zijn niet veraf. We komen zeker nog eens af! Vele groeten!

Fantastic stay - highly recommend

We have had a lovely stay at this property. The owner was amazing, we were extremely late (nearly 2am) getting to the property due to eurotunnel delays but he still met us there to show us around. The garden was great for the children and the dogs. The house is comfortable and comes equipped with everything you need. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Sensationeller Garten - wir kommen gerne wieder

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit mit unsrem Hund im Garten verbracht. Little Piece of Heaven

The Gite really was everything we hoped for! Everything you would need for a holiday is provided for you. The location is remote and peaceful, but a good sized supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away. The owners are extremely helpful, will happily answer any questions you may have, and are contactable at all times. I really recommend this Gite to anyone who wants to get away from it all.

Wunderbar

Wirklich nette Gastgeber und ein Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Sogar die Kaffeepads waren inklusive. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der große Garten mit vielen Sportmöglichkeiten bietet eine Alternative zum Strand. Dieser als auch der nächste große Supermarkt sind allerdings ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nochmals Danke an Damien und Frau.

Super gîte ! A louer sans hésitation

Très belle maison, impeccable, très très bien entretenue et équipée. Le vrai plus est le jardin, presque un parc, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la campagne vallonnée. Tout à disposition transats, jeux pour enfants. A noter le propriétaire loge dans une maison mitoyenne , il est très sympathique ça ne dérange pas du tout mais il faut le savoir pour ceux qui souhaitent un gîte totalement indépendant sans mitoyenneté ce n’est pas le cas même si le jardin est entièrement à vous et clos (seul un mur du gîte est mitoyen avec la maison du propriétaire). Nous recommençons 100% belles balades à faire dans les environs et les plages du touquet à 40mn. Merci à Mr et Mme Imbert pour leur accueil et leurs conseils de promenades.
