Why they chose this property
My property has a rare place with a private spacious roof top garden together with spacious two bed rooms. It's not easy to find such a place with a private outdoor garden in Seoul, actually it's extremely difficult to have such a space in the expensive city of Seoul.
My house is at the center of Mapo, Hongdae, Hapjeong, 5min from Hapjeong station. You can walk around Hongdae, Yeonnam, Hapjeong, Mangwon, Sangu and reach all the famous attractions in Seoul within 10~20min by subway.
My house is located on the main road right next to a 24 hours convenience store, famous restaurants, pubs, cafes, and two big mega shopping malls. It's super easy to find my house and super safe to access at any time.
