The Space:
This family home with its impressive back drop of ocean views accommodates up to 8 guests.

This house is north facing, the ocean and beach view from the lounge, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms is simply breath-taking. Sitting on the sun drenched deck, or in the breakfast room, looking out over the water, you can watch the kids, or grandkids, safely playing on the beach right in front of you. If you are lucky, the local dolphins will come and frolic in the bay. It has its own private walk way down to the beach, making this the ideal spot for the guests who don't want to have to take the car to enjoy the sunny days.

You are 2 mins drive, or a leisurely walk, to the best coffee and breakfast spot in Malua Bay, or you can simply relax and use the Nespresso machine in the home. Everything you need is already here, with boogie boards and buckets/spades for the kids. Explore the rock pools, walk around the cliffs or enjoy the day on the sand and swings.

If you want to stay in to eat, enjoying the fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, there is a Weber Q BBQ, air fryer, rice cooker and for the larger families there is even a 2nd fridge to keep the drinks cold while at the beach. For those colder nights, the lounge room features a gas fireplace.

The house has free NBN broadband internet Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Bring your own login for Netflix, etc.

Main bedroom features a Queen sized bed with its own ensuite, 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, 3rd with a double and 4th bedroom with a single bunk bed.

Guest access is via a lockbox, details with the code will be sent on the day of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Malua Bay is one of the Eurobodalla's most popular places with locals and tourist alike.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.

Batemans Bay township is only a 15 minute driveaway.
