Sleeping nine and featuring four bedrooms, coastal styling, an expertly equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and an outdoor entertaining area, all that remains is to kick off your shoes and head for the sand.
Fit for a chef, the kitchen is expertly equipped with a breakfast bar, large oven, gas cooktop, coffee machine, and stand mixer, all you could need to whip up a culinary storm. The adjoining meals area is gifted with a twelve-seater dining table perfect for sharing stories and laughs, or unwind on the comfy couch in the living room after a sun-kissed day at the beach.
Wander outdoors to discover the private rear courtyard complete with a barbeque, outdoor table and couches, where you can settle in with good company for a balmy evening under the stars.
The master suite nestled at the front of the property is gifted with a king size bed, wall mounted TV, a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite. The remaining three bedrooms are set
conveniently in the centre of the home with handy access to the main bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom one is light-filled and features two single beds, bedroom two offers a queen size bed and bedroom three sleeps three, with a single-over-double bunk. The laundry makes longer stays a breeze with a washer and dryer, as does split system heating and cooling in multiple rooms and a handy double garage.
With the beach just moments over the dunes, a skate park across the road, yoga studio next door and easy access to both Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff villages offering cafes, boutiques and attractions, this is the perfect setting to create idyllic seaside holiday memories with the ones you love.

YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
