Ground floor, large living room with lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, ...) and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Beau hameau, belle grange "ounette"

Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter les bastides aveyronnaises. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis, conforme au descriptif. Beau village de Bournazel d'aveyron et son Château magnifique. Je recommande ce gîte, il est aussi bien équipé pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Nous avons tous adorés ce gîte. S'il fallait donner une note, je donnerai 10/10 s'il y avait une douche à l'étage; mais cela vaut bien un 9/10

Maison très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse. Environnement agréable, calme, à la campagne, avec de nombreuses promenades proposées. Châteaux et beaux villages à visiter aux alentours . alentours.

Vacance d'été en famille

Gite au top tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances, emplacement excellent pour décompresser à la campagne en famille. Propriètaire d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité comme on en voit rarement et disponible. Bref à recommander sans hésitation 😎

Grangeounette au calme

Grange bien rénovée et très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes. Olivier est très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée ou départ, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Notre moto avait son garage couvert. De bonnes adresses pour le restaurant. Tout cela idéalement situé dans l'Aveyron, sans oublier le magnifique château de Bournazel ! Merci pour la découverte du ratafia. Adresse à conserver et divulguer ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être pendant les fêtes du village sur le weekend du 15 août, à ne pas rater !!!

Gite superbe, très bien fournis et très propre Dans un hameaux au milieu des champs Nous avons tout adoré du gite à la région, le plein d'activités a faire, les visites de villages, fermes et châteaux, dans un rayon de 30km et la gentillesse des locaux.

Séjour très agréable

Le gite d'Olivier est très fonctionnel et propre. La situation géographique est parfaite, au calme. Olivier est arrangeant en terme d'arrivée/départ du gite, et il nous a offert un petit apéritif local. Séjour et gite au top, Merci!

Idéalement situé dans un hameau à 1 km de Bournazel. Endroit calme et reposant avec beaucoup de lieux culturellements intéressants à visiter. Idem pour les courses, les balades etc... Nous recommanderons à nos amis.

Séjour très agréable

Gite conforme a l'annonce et à nos attentes. Olivier très disponible pour échanger par mail avant notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un bon moment sur place, les enfants ce sont régalés dans le jardin. Petit bémol : terrain en pente, pas idéal pour le foot:). Merci à Olivier pour le verre de ratafia (j'espère ne pas avoir fait de faute) et pour l'accueil.

Séjour Impeccable

Très agréable séjour dans un gîte impeccable tout confort dans un village avec beaucoup de caractère. Propriétaire super sympathique qui nous a fait découvrir des "spécialités" locales, artisanales... Très bonnes soirées en sa compagnie. Nous étions avec 3 motos pour visiter la région et possibilité de les stationner dans le garage en sécurité. Nous recommandons vivement. Rien à reprocher, que des compliments. Tout grand merci à Olivier pour son accueil. Au plaisir de se revoir.
