The Landing has recently undergone an extensive renovation with four brand new bathrooms, new carpets and flooring as well as new, luxury furnishings. Equipped to the highest standard with ducted AC, luxury linens, towels, toiletries and household products as well as all the amenities you need to make family travel easy.

The property really is huge with three living areas, one of which occupies the entire ground floor and features two lounge zones and shower room with toilet. Those looking to enjoy holidaying together but having separate spaces to retreat to need look no further for their next escape.

Outside, not only does the house enjoy direct water access, but sits on over 1/2 an acre of land with multiple garden areas and alfresco spaces to enjoy. As well of course as the private boat ramp served by a large driveway to access the water's edge.

* Need to know *
- Sleeps fourteen plus infants (cot and travel cot available)
- Maximum of ten adults and four children in bunks. Groups with more than ten adults will not be allowed to book. This house is not suitable for young or party groups. It is in a quiet area with permanent neighbours. External security cameras can be used to monitor guest numbers
- Six bedrooms, including three kings, one queen, one twin (which upon request and subject to availability can be made into a king) and one with four single bunks. Five of the bedrooms are upstairs, separate from the main living area to allow for peace and quiet but close to each other to enable parents to be near children. The sixth bedroom is located downstairs with it's own living area and bathroom.

The Landing has plenty of off street, private parking on our large driveway. Suitable for boats and multiple vehicles. There is also an undercover carport area for guests' use.

You can also tow your boat directly down to the water to launch from our private boat ramp.

Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining area and lounges are all accessible without using the stairs. Further bedroom, living area, bathroom, bar and games area in hangar is accessed via stairs.
