- Sleeps fourteen plus infants (cot and travel cot available)
- Maximum of ten adults and four children in bunks. Groups with more than ten adults will not be allowed to book. This house is not suitable for young or party groups. It is in a quiet area with permanent neighbours. External security cameras can be used to monitor guest numbers
- Six bedrooms, including three kings, one queen, one twin (which upon request and subject to availability can be made into a king) and one with four single bunks. Five of the bedrooms are upstairs, separate from the main living area to allow for peace and quiet but close to each other to enable parents to be near children. The sixth bedroom is located downstairs with it's own living area and bathroom.

Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dining area and lounges are all accessible without using the stairs. Further bedroom, living area, bathroom, bar and games area in hangar is accessed via stairs.
