The Space:
This warm studio is a unique combination of minimalism & modernity. The studio is attractively decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay!
As you step in the first thing on your right you will notice the fully furnished open kitchen that which you may use to make delectable meals. A small eating space with a wooden dining table and two seats is located next to it. Dine in and strengthen your relationship with a special someone over food.

Walk ahead and a Queen-sized bed with a plush mattress and luxurious linens that will help you fall asleep quickly. This space is completed by a bedside table with a sleek pendant light and lamp. With a soft carpet over the smooth tiled floor, it feels just right to spend some time to relax on the comfy couch while watching the TV.

For a comfortable stay, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are included. Additionally, you will have easy access to the balcony.

Getting Around:
Parking is available in the building if you have your own ride (which is preferable). Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

The Damac Hills, Carson Tower A bus stop is the nearest bus stop which is approximately 500 meters away from the property which can take you to Mall of the Emirates.

Quick drive to the following areas;
Burj Khalifa: 25KM
Dubai Marina: 15KM
Al Maktoum International Airport: 30KM
Dubai Creek Harbour: 30KM

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
