Nestled in the sought-after 12 South neighborhood, the Above Premiere Nashville Estate is tucked away in one of the most social areas in Nashville. If you are looking for a special night out, this estate is within walking distance of some of Nashville’s best restaurants, like the award-winning 12 South Taproom and Grill, Bartaco, Urban Grub, and Josephine.
As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a sitting room with one-of-a-kind artwork. The open kitchen and living room design create the perfect atmosphere for a dinner party. You will find the Primary bedroom on the main floor, which gives a great view of the backyard and pool. As you head upstairs, there are an additional 4 bedrooms, each with private baths and a game room. Continuing to the basement, you will find a workout room, theater, and a full bath. This home also comes complete with an elevator!

The home is pre-set for ten guests. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to twelve guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.
