We loved our family vacation here. We traveled with our older children and grandchildren. The dipping pool was a lovely alternative to the beach and just the right size for the little ones. The ease of getting to the beach was priceless. We cooked many meals in the luxury kitchen. Everyone had their space and place to relax. Being near everything made it easy too - grocery stores, restaurants, fishing excursions, health food stores. Thank you for a lovely memory.

Great House with a few surprises

I read a review about the difficulty with getting the front door open and obtaining the keys to the golf cart. Both were true for us. It took us over 45 minutes to figure out the front door. You have to pull really hard toward you to get the lock to line up before it will open. We were provided the wrong code to start with and after much frustration, we were provided a new code. We never did figure out how to get the golf cart keys, I asked for our money back, but was only told they would check on it. I was told in writing, that we could check in at 3 pm but then was told the door code would not work until after 4 pm. At 7:30 am a guy walks into the house and says he is there to clean the pool. Needless to say, it was a scary moment to have a guy walk in unannounced who had the door code. All communications with the property management said they hoped we enjoyed our stay in Austin, but we were in Inlet Beach, Florida. We never saw any property management people, only communicated by text. Loved the house, it just wasn't on the beach like we thought from the pictures. You could see the beach from the 4th floor. We were specifically looking for a house without bunk beds. This house has two bunk rooms.

I would never use this company again- Still waiting on a refund that they put in writing and nothing

Door would not open upon arrival - We called and were stranded for 30 min while awaiting someone to get back to us to tell us that the door is jammed and we needed to pry on it to open. We paid $450 for the use of the golf cart only to find that they never left the key and were not able to use the golf cart. We asked for a refund and they denied us a refund. Then they changed their mind and said we'd get a refund and haven't seen it. We had 8 people witness the fact that no key was available and the gold cart went unused. Paid almost 4K for two days and thats the treatment we got. Also, they advertise a pool, and it's basically a jacuzzi. I would NEVER use this company again and VRBO needs to do something about this

Photos are misleading

We stayed bathe week of Thanksgiving and booked the property based on the photos and views. The problem is the photos were taken prior to the house next door getting built. We paid for beach views and got none unless we go to the fourth floor’s balcony. House is nice and location is ok but the views are very limited.

Great family vacation

Great home to house all my kids and grandkids. 4th floor had plenty of space for cooking, eating, and playing lots of board games. Tyler and Valerie were very responsive to all of our needs and questions.

Beautiful place to gather with family!

This property was beautiful. The house and amenities were as described. Everything was clean. Check in was a bit late but they made up for it on the back end with a later check out due to delay. It was steps from the beach and beautiful! As someone who has not been to the area before, it would've been helpful to have a little more info on the A30 area - such as golf carts not being allowed in Rosemary Beach. We had a large group so biking everywhere was not an option. Otherwise, peaceful and beautiful stay for our entire party of 15 with room to spare!

Wow great property.

This was perfect for our family, the house is new construction, so everything is pristine. The water color is unbelievable. Valerie was an excellent host, and we would definitely stay again. Awesome pool and golf cart as well. The house is huge btw. I mean huge.

Incredible property

Thai property is incredible. Steps from the beach and it came with a golf cart so we used that to go to the restaurants that were next door. Phenomenal seafood, pizza, and sushi places within 5 minutes. Really easy to go to the beach as you walk on the deck that leads down to the water most of the way instead of dragging all items through the sand. We are coming back in march and can’t wait. Perfect property and host!!

Picturesque Beach house

Couldn't have had a better time at Slice of Paradise. Directly across from Inlet Beach Public access point. This place is huge and the furnishing are high end. This was the most luxurious beach house we have ever rented. Side note, we walked to Shaka sushi across the street and the Donut hole and whole family loved both!
