Everything as expected except for rain almost the entire stay. So the walk to the garage was not pleasant. The room was extra spacious for 3 of us. Host answered all questions quickly. Thank you.

Quebec trip

Can’t say enough about this location Very clean and well appointed, loved the key code access… very easy 10 min walk to vieux Quebec I had to call owner once , literally answered on the second ring. Highly highly recommend, will be back this summer

3 Bedroom Condo

The suite was complete adequate for the 6 family members with one person using the fold out couch. It was nicely appointed and the pool and gym were enjoyed by the younger members in our group. The only concern was that the wrong entry code was accidentally given to us, and then we could not get into the unit for over an hour. Once that was overcome, the stay was pleasant.

Beautifully appointed accommodations

Loved the location of the apartment and was impressed with the spaciousness of the unit. There were 7 of us in our group and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table was fantastic. We also appreciated the towel racks on the doors. This is a nice touch and something owners don't normally think about, so thanks! Our favorite spot was the rooftop pool which we enjoyed in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Wow- the views up there are incredible! The instructions provided prior to check in were helpful and communication was easy via the VRBO app. Mathieu was very responsive. The key code on the door was tricky to use, but once we figured it out, there were no problems. We had trouble adjusting the thermostats in the individual rooms, but each had an oscillating fan, which kept us cool. The only difficulty we had was using the bar code for parking. The machine would not take it, so we ended up paying $15 for parking. There was another lot right next to the condo that was closer that we would have used instead had we known we would be paying. Other than that, we loved the property and would definitely stay again!

Family time together

My wife and son along with daughter-in-law and 2 teenage granddaughters spent 3 days in Quebec City. The apartment worked very well for our needs.

Neat and tidy condo apartment near downtown.

A tidy and neat apartment on the 9th floor. Good communication with the hosts. We did miscommunicate and dropped our bags ahead of checkin but the host was gracious and allowed us to leave them. The apartment is within close walk (10-15 min) of the downtown area. It was super hot the week we stayed and the one air conditioning unit was only enough to keep the kitchen and living room area cool. Bedrooms were hot for sleeping. Pool on the rooftop was also full and too crowded to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of plates and utensils. Close walking distance to the grocery store, plus many restaurants and coffee shops just 2 min walk (one street over) Beds were comfy. Overall a great experience.

Bright and Clean Condo

We loved our stay at this property! It was walking distance to Old Quebec (lots of uphill walking but very well worth it!). The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. In addition, we asked for a late check-out and they were very accommodating with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed but more than we expected!

The place is superb and we were greatly surprised! It was really clean and well stocked with cleaning items (broom, trash bags, dry mop, cleaning wipes, and toilet paper). We loved the high quality items in the kitchen from the stove to the dishwasher to the pots and pans. The even had kid utensils and plates. We appreciated the fluffy pillows, down comforters, and the additional towels in the bathroom! The building is pretty quiet and close to the grocery store which was great. We appreciated having the washer and dryer in the condo. The decor was beautiful and the blinds are worth looking into for purchase in my home! The parking garage was awesome to be close and reasonable. We are definitely putting this on our favorite list!!
