Bedroom 5 with 3 x single bunk beds. Access via stairs from the kitchen. A full bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Games Room provides all year-round entertainment with a table tennis table, couch, mini fridge and access to the outdoor deck with swing chairs, garden area and the full-sized tennis court & mini trampoline.
Ducted heating is provided throughout the home. Guests have access to all areas of this home, gardens and tennis court grounds, except for locked cupboards & garage.
PETS
Your 1 Pet is considered upon application only. Small, hypoallergenic, non shedding. A description of your pet is required. Breed, age, size. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Stay Fee applies.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package, including bathroom towels for each guest is included with all bookings. BYO Beach Towels. Bathroom towels are not permitted to be used outside of the home or at the beach.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
