Family Paradise is perfectly positioned in the heart of Mollymook, just a short walk to Mollymook Beach, cafes and the Mollymook Golf Club. Enjoy the sunny deck with your favourite drink and book - relax with the fresh sea breeze and enjoy the coastal lifestyle whilst the kids play in the huge, fully fenced grassed backyard.

Enjoy the ambience of the local bird calls and the lull of the ocean. Have some fun with a game of family cricket in the yard.

*Location*
A 500m walk will take you onto the patrolled southern stretch of Mollymook Beach for swimming, sandcastles and fun in the sun. This beautiful beach extends 2km along the coast providing ample opportunity for beachside strolls, surfing, fishing and splashing in the waves.

Mollymook Golf Club is also just 500m away, and offers a scenic 9-hole Beachside Course as well as the more challenging Championship Hilltop 18-hole course. Regardless of how your game goes, the gorgeous grounds and stunning scenery are a definite winner.

*Living and Entertainment Space*
There is plenty of space for the whole family to feel very comfortable in this lovely holiday home. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area features cosy lounges, a TV and DVD player, an electric fireplace and a 6-seater dining table. Board games and books are supplied for your entertainment.

The modern, galley style kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, full sized fridge/freezer and microwave, and overlooks the deck and yard.

There is a second dining/lounge area with another TV and DVD player, and a rumpus room is accessed from the laundry.

The alfresco space is where this property really shines, with an enormous covered entertaining deck with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating. Stairs lead down to the even more generous, fully fenced yard where the flat grassed area is just begging for some backyard cricket or games, and leafy trees add to the private, relaxing ambiance.

Mollymook Milton Holidays are a great team with an amazing range of holiday homes. We always stay in Mollymook as there is so much to do and can walk to the beach, playgrounds and cafes. There are nearby shops and award winning restaurants which means your holiday can be low key or as fancy as you want. Highly recommended.

Great family stay at Mollymook
Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home, walking distance to main Mollymook beach, with lovely spacious back yard & all facilities for convenience. Many books, games & videos for all ages when relaxing in-doors. Short drive to Milton & Ulladulla. Property manager friendly & helpful. Happy to recommend.

Family Holiday Mollymook
Our family spent 3 nights at this property and all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. While we didn’t take advantage of the BBQ or kitchen to cook any meals, it would have been easy to do so. We enjoyed the close walking proximity to the beach, Beach Hut cafe and Golf Club and loved exploring Milton and Ulladulla (both only a few minutes drive away) We loved sitting out on the deck for cuppas in the morning and drinks in the evening. We will definitely book 45 Boag St again when we next return to beautiful Mollymook.
