The Space:
Situated on the top floor of a quiet complex, you’ll enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with blackbutt floorboards throughout, wall-mounted reverse-cycle aircon and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The kitchen comes with stylish brushed gold tapware and handles, an integrated Bosch dishwasher, a Bosch under-bench oven and induction cooktop with movable hotplates, a microwave and breakfast bar with 3 stools. There’s also a dining table for 3 people (with an extra chair kept in the bedroom if needed), flowing through to the living space with a comfy sofa, an occasional chair and ‘Smart’ TV with a sound bar. A sliding door leads out to a north and east facing undercover balcony with a table for 3 and views of the garden and pool area. The apartment’s bedroom also has black butt flooring, its own ceiling fan with dimmable light, a queen sized bed, (Spare Single Fold-Out Bed which can be set up in the living room) mirrored built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters for those sleep-ins and a sliding door to a second balcony. The bathroom comes with stone flooring and wall tiles, a brushed gold sink, a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen and brushed gold heated towel rack, as well as a European style laundry with separate washing machine and condenser clothes dryer. Please bear in mind that there is no elevator to reach the apartment so it’s not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the top level and can be entered into via the common hallway on street level or if you have a car then there is direct access from the basement car park to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads offers world class beaches and surf breaks against a lush national park backdrop. The apartment itself is perfectly located, walking distance to a great choice of eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, The Village Markets, Burleigh Arts and Crafts on the Coast, and the Gold Coast Recreation Centre. Surfers Paradise is just over 20 minutes by car, with Dreamworld, Sea World and Movie Worlds all only half an hour away.
Getting Around:
The Village Markets and Gold Coast Recreation Centre, with Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movie World all half an hour away by car.
Guest parking is available in the visitors’ section of the secure, undercover car park. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.
Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* We supply pool towels
* An additional fold away bed can be supplied with prior notice. A $30 per night fee will be added to the booking and we can organize this for you.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
