This is a family fun home whether fishing, swimming, or simply catching some rays. The yard play host to deer and birds as the trees provide nice shelter (cue the wildlife).

The home is conveniently located near Downtown Moneta, with bunches of dining, events, and shopping just a short drive away. Grab some local farm-raised beef, zucchini, or tomatoes at the open-air produce market and spark up the gas grill on the patio for a fresh, home-cooked meal. Or rent a boat and moor it at the dock.
