We stayed for a cheer competition and the house was a great option! House was clean and host was easy to deal with. Would definitely book again next year!
Location was amazing and the place was clean and very spacious! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone trying to see the city.

Short stay
We stayed for a competition and just ate and slept during our stay. The place was extremely dirty, and the property manager did not take action or reimburse us.
We enjoyed our stay. The home is new, with plenty of room for 5 adults. The drive to the city was about an hour. The local Gelato shop, and indoor putt putt in Ajax is also good. Communication with our host was prompt. Overall great experience.
This property is an excellent place for family and friends. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to park 3 vehicles without a problem. The owner is excellent and takes care of any issues immediately. Thank you Jules!
We enjoyed our stay, the townhouse had ample room and plenty of space for our group. The 3 showers was a big plus to allow easy coordination for the whole group. Unfortunately, the floors were not very clean, an old apple was found under one bed and some blueberries behind another. Otherwise the overall experience was very positive.
Great property! Clean and spacious! Kitchen was well stocked. It was a little more of a drive to and from Toronto, but the area of Ajax had plenty of shops and stores we needed when we were on the property. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious. There was some construction noise early in the mornings, but that will only be temporary.
We enjoyed our stay. Jules was very responsive . Only suggestion would be to make the thermostat available for adjustment on site . But Jules always adjusted remotely so it worked out. The location is convenient to walking trails along the lake , breweries, and 30 minutes for day trips to some quaint little towns like Uxbridge and Port Perry.
The property was clean and bright. Everything was as listed and we enjoyed our time there.
Our overall impression was very good. The property is brand new and has a nice layout. One thing to know is there are a lot of stairs. Also the driveway a little tight. We had a larger rental vehicle and it fit in the driveway but we didn't have much room to spare. Overall we love it.

Lovely Stay at Ajax property
Overall my family enjoyed the home, as it was mostly suited to our needs. My comments though are that perhaps there should be more tvs within the home, as one was not sufficient for a family beyond 3 persons. Particularly in the lower bedroom, a tv would be welcomed. Also, clearer guidance about trash days and rules should be visibly posted., as the rules are different in other countries and guests would always want to be careful about this.

Property is not clean
This property was not clean- stained pillows, ripped bedding, dirty under beds (vacuum won’t fit under beds), used bars of soap in showers, rusted shower caddies, previous guest’s toiletries in shower, green sprout growing out of bathroom sink, dirty oven, freezer and old sponges left in kitchen to use. Kitchen had broken/chipped mugs, plastic cups that leaked. Kitchen closet smelled of dirty cleaning supplies. Fabric flip flops used by other guests were expected to be worn in house. Air conditioning was controlled remotely by the host and was turned up without consultation. Tried to find another place to stay without success. Called host about concerns, he sent 2 cleaners who removed stained pillows, dirty cleaning supplies, soap from bathroom showers and old toiletries. At no point did the host come to the property or follow up. When we left, I outlined the concerns to the host and asked for a partial refund. He refused saying he wasn’t making any money on this booking. He then accused me of damaging the microwave and has issued an invoice for $150 to replace it. Nobody in my party used the microwave nor noticed any issues with it. Had I, I would certainly have brought it to the host’s attention, as I did with all of the other concerns. Host claimed that it was not damaged before our check in. I am doubtful that he was on the property prior to check in, as he certainly did not notice any of the obvious problems pointed out. I believe the host is retaliating now.

Toronto vacation
Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. A lot of steps: one flight up to get into the house another to go downstairs to one bedroom and bath, and another one to go upstairs from the first floor to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor.
The one television in the house was missing the remote and the owner did not offer to come over and show us how to operate it without a remote. He also did not offer to come over to provide extra blankets which he told us were locked up and not accessible to us. When we hunted for the remote, we found that under the cushions, the furniture needed vacuuming. There was also a half-eaten sandwich under the couch. And although there were plenty of wine glasses, there was no wine opener. I did buy one and left it for future guests. Finally, the windows were badly in need of washing.
To make the home more customer friendly, I would suggest the following:
Have TV's in more than one room.
Provide grab bars in the showers.
Provide Kleenex boxes.
Have a manager close by who can respond to guests' requests.
Provide more kitchen supplies, e.g., glasses, cooking utensils, etc.
Maybe consider a different cleaning service.
I am hoping the owner may consider a partial refund due to the number of inconveniences.

Pas vraiment d’eau chaude. Douches à l’eau tiède. Manque de Papiers hygiéniques
Pour le reste, vraiment très bien!
Place is very nice and cozy, clean and organized, one thing is just little hard to look for the place caus ei believe buildings are brand new.
And also, as a traveler with kids, a compliment of waters would be great maybe LOL, specially coming straight from flight... And its our first time in canada, everything is far!
But overall. Twas nice place
