Great Stay

Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. Only about 10 minutes from the Riverwalk. Bed pillows were firmer than what I’m used to, so I’d probably bring my own next time. Just personal preference.

Quiet location with easy access

This town home was located in an older neighborhood that is being revitalized. The location was very nice, with easy access to freeways, restaurants, and activities. It does share a wall with another town home, so we did occasionally hear the people in that home. But it was not loud, nor obnoxious. The home is supplied with bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths (face cloths), that were adequate for our stay. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs is nice and the master is slightly separated from the other bedrooms by closets.Being able to use the garage was very handy as people from nearby businesses park along the street that the home is on during the day.The home was comfortable and accomodating to our family. And the amenities were just what we needed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and there are some basic kitchen items like foil and cling wrap present as well.We never needed to contact the host during our stay, but were pleased to have access to a number available 24 hours in case we had needed to contact someone.This home will definitely be considered for future trips to San Antonio.

Enjoyable Home

Our stay in this home was very enjoyable! My sister and I stayed for a few days and were very comfortable; this home was spacious, we appreciated having use of the garage, TV's in every room, plenty of essentials in the kitchen to make some meals. We felt it was a very charming home and would absolutely book it again if we are ever in San Antonio again.

San Antonio townhouse

The townhouse had a great layout for 3 adults. Conveniently located with a very easy check in & checkout process. Communication was excellent and very quick when we had a question. The townhouse was clean, beautiful & the beds very comfortable! Would definitely stay again on my next trip to San Antonio and would highly recommend.

Lovely Property

This was my first time using VRBO, but it won’t be the last. The property was attractive, comfortable and immaculate! Everything we needed was there and the location was excellent. Would rent this property again.

Lovely Well Appointed Home

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The whole house was well-appointed with upgrades and attention to detail. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. A huge plus was access to the attached garage. I would definitely stay here again.

Family get together.

Fantastic property! Beautiful! Great location with easy access to riverwalk and freeways. We had a leak in the kitchen that was promptly resolved! Management is superb! Would definately stay again

Great stay

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The property is new so everything was very well thought off from the appliances to leaving laundry pods, cooking spices, coffee, teas and hot chocolate. The location is great very close to downtown. A couple of things: we were unable to work the garbage disposal and there was no broom available for us to use. Other than this I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home has it all

This home is so lovely and comfortable! The attached garage was a real bonus but street parking was also always available. We loved the convenient location to the Pearl district as well as many other restaurants nearby. The house is practically new with high end finishes and appliances. The keurig with the wide selection of pods was a nice touch! The bedrooms are big and the beds super comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony of the master bedroom. Thanks so much, we loved our visit to San Antonio and would definitely come back!

Spring Break!

This property is exactly as it is described. The pictures are spot on! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, the towels nice and thick, kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated that coffee pods were supplied. This house felt like staying in a hotel suite, which was kind of strange compared to every other VRBO we've stayed in- no personal touches at all. No games, no magazines, no binders of instructions. Completely NOT a drawback, just different. We would absolutely stay here again- proximity to downtown and everywhere else we explored was so convenient!

Family Vacation

I stayed at this property for about a week in October with my husband and our two young daughters, and we loved it! The property is gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed. There are king size beds in all three bedrooms, which was quite nice. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage, which was nice as well since there isn't much extra parking available in the area. We very much enjoyed spending time lounging on the balcony. My husband and I did notice several unhoused people wandering the streets, and sometimes acting a bit erratically, while sitting on the balcony over the course of our stay. However, this was only late at night and we never had any interactions with anyone. The property is so conveniently located to downtown and many other activities and attractions. We had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again.

Family Vacation

My husband and two young adult sons stayed three nights in San Antonio during an eight day Texas road trip. Our stay in the Evergreen was perfect. The listing and pictures were an exact representation of the home. The beds were comfortable and the home was pristine. The kitchen was well stocked and would be ideal to cook in although we didn’t cook while there. The neighborhood was quiet. It is about seven minutes into downtown San Antonio to the river walk/shopping/Alamo. We were able to find parking easily. We did all the things touristy and had a blast! The host replied quickly to my messages. I gave a five star rating but I would give more if I could!

Beautiful home…

New beautiful home in a nice neighborhood & close to the major attractions. The house was very clean. Access to the garage for overnight parking was a nice bonus. The mattresses are very firm. The only issue we had was a lack of washcloths for bathing. There were 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, & 2 makeup washcloths for 4 people for 3 nights. We didn’t mind to reuse towels a time or two & did wash them one night. I contacted the property manager & asked for washcloths, unsure if this was just an oversight. I was told they would deliver more. When we returned that evening, there were more hand towels that had been delivered. Still no washcloths. I wasn’t sure if this was a regional thing or communication error. I have traveled a lot & never stayed somewhere that washcloths are not available. Maybe they can update their listing so that guests will know to bring their own. Otherwise, it was a beautiful home in a great place. I would stay again & would recommend it.

Disappointed

We booked a Friday-Sunday weekend. We arrived Friday evening late after a 5 hour drive, tired and ready to go to bed, and found the house was not cleaned. It appeared the House keeper must have never showed. All the towels and rags were still piled up in the master bath, counters were filthy and crumbs were all over the floor in the kitchen. Two of the rooms were clearly used so we all piled into the room that seemed to be un-used and went to sleep. This was after talking to VRBO and them having no luck getting the property manager to answer. The next morning since there was only one towel and no rags my wife and I had to use dish towels and share the one towel and leave quick because they contacted the HK team to come. Our plan was to have breakfast at the house and enjoy the balcony but at least they were having the house cleaned. They plan to refund our cleaning fee but I just do not feel like that is sufficient. Our plans were totally changed Friday night and Saturday morning. That’s half our stay.
