Over the years, we have stayed in numerous units at Panorama and this one was disappointing. I am surprised by some of the good reviews; perhaps a somewhat lower bar than mine. This unit is very much in need of general maintenance. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom nor a closet/area to hang indoor clothes. The blinds are in terrible shape. The bed is anything but firm. The unit is also very dark with poor lighting. It may be close to the hot tubs but there were no card keys available to access them. The owner did not respond to my requests regarding this matter. Eventually got a card key from Guest Services. The pass code provided for the garage was wrong. That also required a visit to Guest Services to get the proper number. In my opinion, this unit is overvalued for the rate paid.
Our stay was comfortable and the location is excellent. Steps away from the bottom of the Toby Chair made it really convenient to stop for lunch and get back on the hill quickly. If you are looking for shiny and new then this is not the place for you, but we found it to be clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price during a holiday week. The blinds are still bent out of shape, the bathroom could use a towel bar, and there was a bit of dust in hard to reach corners, but the bathroom, kitchen, and bedding were clean and fresh, and we would stay again. Our older kids appreciated that there were two separate pull out beds in the main room so they didn't have to share. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to hot tubs, general store, great golf and skiing depending on the season. Property could use a couple of updates and slight repairs however.

Ski in/out aspect was great however, the property was very dated and needs work. Even the pots and pans need to be refreshed. We’re a family of 4 that stayed 3 nights and only 1 roll of toilet paper was included, we had to buy more at the store and it wasn’t cheap! Bring all toiletries including Kleenex cause nothing was there and also ground coffee. Definitely not staying again.
Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Have stayed here twice now in the past year. Great place, traditional but a good size. My complaint would be that the place just needs a bit of TLC - the towel rail fell off without me even touching it, the living room blinds are badly broken so no complete privacy, the mattress has this weird sponge topper which makes it uncomfortable. All things that could be easily fixed to make this place great. Updating these things wouldn't cost much and would make a big difference. I am sure I will stay here again so fingers crossed a little investment will be done by next time :)

This condo needs a little love
The condo is very well situated. The oven fan, the dedicated wifi and the TV were not working. The cushions of the chairs, mattress and couch were all saggy. The dishes and utensils were not all clean.

We had a great stay, lift to hill is right there, the room was super comfortable, has a great kitchen for cooking meals when you eat in, restaurants are great if you want to dine out, you really get so much more time on the hill snowboarding when you are right at the bottom of the lifts, unpacking and packing up is very convenient with parkade so close! We will be back!

Overall it is a great location, with easy access to the chair lifts and access to all areas of the resort. However, the unit could use a bit of TLC and updating. The blinds in the front room were broken so could not be closed for anyone sleeping in the main room. While TV worked in the main room (netflix only), there was no service on the TV in the bedroom. Animals have been in the unit, so allergies were a concern. We had a great time, and everything is nearby, it just did not quite meet our expectations.
This property was a great base camp for my 12 year old and I on a recent Panorama trip. Fully loaded kitchen, lots of room in the unit, and steps to the hot tub!
