A Florida vacation is only complete with a private pool and at Vacation Haven on Bailey, you have one of the best. The large pool has plenty of space to swim and play, plus the attached hot tub offers a place to wind down and relax. There’s also plenty of patio to enjoy, with furnishings like lounge chairs, standing umbrella, and outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

Inside, an open layout, complimented by high ceilings, provides plenty of room for your entire group to hang out. The living room is furnished with a large screen smart tv and sectional couch. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Disney movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen has all the tools and appliances you’ll need to prepare everything from snacks for a pool day, to full meals which you can share at the dining table with seating for 6.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedrooms #1 and #2 are furnished with queen size beds.

Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed and dedicated desk space for working from home.

Bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds sleeping up to 4 children. On top, twin size mattresses are built within a treehouse-inspired structure. Mattresses can be below as well.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 1 Dog, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing a dog, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable..
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.


Vacation Haven on Bailey is located in Hampton Lakes, a private community with amenities including kids play area, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and outdoor bench and picnic table seating. Disney World is a quick 20 minutes away, and Universal is just a little further, 35 minutes away. Beyond Orlando’s famed theme parks, explore endless shopping, dining, and live entertainment all around. With this home’s ideal location, nothing is off limits!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
