Indigo Bay - comfortable 3br home with large yard
The house has 3 bedrooms (see floor plan & bedding configuration in photos), a good-sized living area (incl. double sofa bed), a bathroom with bath, outdoor deck, large yard and laundry with washer and dryer. There is a benchtop dishwasher, split system, wood heater, BBQ and Wi-Fi. The yard is fully fenced. Linen, bedding and towels are provided. Wide and long driveway, great for parking a boat etc. Directly opposite is the indoor heated swimming pool and school (playground, and sporting facilities). Pets allowed but strictly outside only.
The house was recently repainted inside and outside along with new flooring. It is functional and has fresh furniture in place and new crockery and kitchen utensils etc. It is a terrific, budget, family-friendly base for enjoying the Bay and all the local area has to offer.
