An amazing stay for the right people

We had a wonderful time here. We had 10 in our group and I will say if half our group hadn't have been kids there was no way we would have been as comfortable haha. It's a tight space, but cozy. We did have some issues but the host was very open to communication and suggestions which was really great. Prepare for an off-the-grid experience and enjoy!

Great little cozy cabin ….but Hot

Loved the location and ease of access to riding trails. Cabin was nice and comfy but not overly equipped. We enjoyed the close access to the river a lot, we played in it each day. Parking our big ATV trailer was a challenge but doable. The only drawback was the heat, I realize it was the end of July and the description says no A/C but the cabin was very hot between noon and 7:00 pm, luckily there is a large shaded patio to spend the evenings on with nice furnishings and the evening air Along with the fans cooled the house for the night. The WiFi at the cabin works really well! Overall we really enjoyed our time there, it was really nice to be a little “off-grid” and simplified for a bit.

Quiet Rustic Cabin

Word of warning, this is an “off grid” cabin. The conveniences you might be used to in your urban oasis aren’t the same here. DO NOT LET THAT SCARE YOU AWAY!! Situated in beautiful Joe’s Valley, feet from a stream, and minutes from the lake, this cabin was the perfect place for my wife and I to disconnect from the world and reconnect to each other. Wake up to the occasional cows, coyotes, and birds, not the sounds of traffic and technology. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away for a few days!
