The 2 Bedrooms located in the second level, offer a King size bed and guest bedroom offers a queen size bed both with own bathroom. Downstairs you will find all the living areas and a powder room. The kitchen has granite counters, the dining area seats 4 and a separate breakfast nook for two, living room with a fireplace and an incredible view.
This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while you're exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Trip, HITS Horse Show, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dinings in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.
