At Eagle Nest Vacation Rental, you will have access to the two bedroom bunkhouse and main cabin. The two buildings and all bedrooms face south with expansive ocean views. The bunk house is connected to the main cabin by an outdoor staircase. The bunk house contains two bedrooms(bedrooms 2, 3 in pictures), full bathroom ( picture with black and white floor, shower )and laundry. The main cabin contains the full chef inspired kitchen (complete with central island, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge , microwave and coffee station), a powder room, the living room and a bedroom downstairs (bedroom 1) with ensuite. Follow outdoor covered staircase to access downstairs bedroom.Both full bathrooms on the property boast heated floors, for those cold winter days.

Eagle Nest

The property is amazing!! It was very clean and it felt very cozy. The views were spectacular and it was extremely quiet. We would return in the future.

Great vacation rental

We have a wonderful time staying at this property. It had amazing views of the water, close to downtown. Plenty of space for my wife, two teenage daughters and I. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were very happy to stay here. Thank you!!

Paradise

A trip for 4 Vancouver moms for 3 nights. The place was perfect. The view, layout, fire pit and so many extras. Kitchen was super well stocked with everything you could need or want. Comfy beds and so tastefully decorated. We would all love to stay here again.

Girls weekend.

Three nights and three days of enjoying our time on Bowen Island. Accommodations are perfect, weather was great, hikes, shopping and a swim in the ocean all made for a very memorable time. Thanks Melanie. .

Beautiful home and very gracious host!

The home was beyond clean! Melanie was the most gracious and helpful host of any VRBO we have ever stayed in (and we have used VRBO a lot). She had such detailed things to do on the island and even advised on other adventures off the island. All in all we will be returning to stay in her home on Bowen Island, BC

Tranquil getaway

Our family had a relaxing getaway at this well stocked and beautiful location. We enjoyed overlooking the scenic mountains and water. We walked to the big beach and basked in the beautiful scene as a sea lion swam under the dock. The group of sea lions across the water provided the natural soundtrack for our stay. We savoured morning coffees around the gas fire pit and evening smores around the true fire pit. So many options and spaces for our family to relax in. We rented a golf cart for 3 days and explored the island including the cider mill, golf course and the whale trail on several occasions. A memorable family excursion.

A beautiful Bowen Island stay

Our family of five wanted to come together in a comfortable, peaceful place with easy access to nature. The Eagle’s Nest gave us that and more! The cottages are very clean, well appointed and so well stocked that we felt we were at home. All communications with our host were promptly responded to. The description of Eagles Nest with VRBO was accurate but our experience there was better still. We saw killer whales just out front one morning- what a treat! Thank you for sharing this vacation rental - it is certainly very special!

Bowen Oasis

I cannot recommend this property enough! It was exactly what we were looking for our little family getaway away from the mainland. Melanie was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and charming and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, but we enjoyed most of our meals out in some of the spots that Melanie recommended. The views in this property are incredible and we loved looking out at the ocean and watching the ferries go by. My children loved beachcombing at the nearby beach and were in awe of the purple sea stars! We can't wait to go back soon! Thank you, Melanie!

A week+ on bowen

The home was absolutely perfect & the view is worth the cost alone! It was show room clean. Had every kitchen gadget you could think of needing. The beds where all comfortable and had extra linens etc. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone & hope to be back.

A perfect little getaway

Melanie's property was the perfect little getaway. The photos online do not do this property justice. It's absolutely stunning and with incredible ocean views from nearly every room! The property itself has been recently renovated and is equipped with just about everything you might need to for your stay. The best part the whole experience was Melanie. She was attentive with her communication, is so kind and generous and really made my experience memorable. Thanks so much Melanie! I'm looking forward to my next stay at your place.

Cozy well furnished cabins with amazing location!

Host was super sweet and left us clear instructions and a Christmas gift!The view is amazing. Great location, though if there is snow you may need good tires as the driveway is a bit steep.Kitchen is excellent, spacious and well furnished. The cabin had all the appliances (except a blender), knives, pans, pots, and containers. We were eight people and it was plenty of space to hangout and cook a big Christmas dinner.Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable.Seems like the outside space would be great to hang out and enjoy a fire, though we didn't get to as it was raining the whole time Highly recommended!

The Perfect Place

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place and its Host Melanie are! We spent a few days of our Spring Break here with our 2 young teen boys and it was the perfect place to unwind & relax. It had all the comforts of home with a stunning view from almost every room and a beautiful & functional outdoor space. The bunkhouse with it's 2 bedrooms & own bathroom was perfect for our 2 boys. The main cabin was bright but still warm & cozy & welcoming.The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Melanie left some thoughtful 'gifts' for us to enjoy and enhance our experience. Thank you so much for sharing this special place with our family! We hope we can return again soon!

What a View!

Bowen Island is such a treasure and we feel so blessed to have been able to stay at Eagle Nest. The cabin and bunkhouse was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very quiet. Our teenagers appreciated having their own rooms in the bunkhouse. It was more than enough room for our family of 4. The layout of the common space felt spacious and well organized. The landscaping was just beautiful. We live in the country and are used to our privacy. This was important to us when considering where we would stay on our vacation. Eagle Nest felt very private even though there are other homes and cabins nearby. Our host was very helpful before our trip and there was great communication. I also felt like we could contact her at any time during our trip with concerns. It was very comforting. I would absolutely love to come and stay again someday. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful home on Bowen Island & Amazing Host!

We spent 3 glorious days here. The house is amazing! It's hard to list the best features because there are so many things that make this house the perfect vacation home. The home itself is beautiful in it's layout and furnishings / decor. There's lots of space so people can spread out. The patio is awesome, and we loved hanging out there. We also appreciate well stocked kitchen - all the dishes we needed and even spices and seasonings for cooking. The owner is especially wonderful! She has provided a binder with all sorts of helpful information about things to do on the island. It even had cute (and very helpful) hand-drawn maps. She was very communicative and readily available if I had any questions, both before we arrived and while we were there. And she had the sweetest welcome gift for us when we arrived - a s'mores kit! One last note - Bowen Island is a lovely getaway! It's beautiful, there's plenty to do on the island (with Vancouver only a ferry ride away), the locals are very friendly and helpful, and THIS HOUSE is the perfect place to stay while on the island! Enjoy!
