The Space:
Open plan living areas on both levels open seamlessly to large covered decks offering the ultimate in outdoor relaxation & al fresco meals. The fully equipped kitchen is supplemented with a large gas barbecue.
The master bedroom with a king bed & private en-suite is complemented by a further 5 bedrooms, all with queen beds, 2 additional luxurious bathrooms & a powder room. Quality bed linen & bath towels are provided.
Free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, heated bathrooms, large screen televisions, a second fridge & fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer are standard inclusions in this fabulous property.
Just minutes away are a choice of beaches, Tuross Lake & the popular boatshed precinct for coffee & meals.
Bring your fishing rod, bicycle, surfboard & kayak for an active stay or your walking shoes for a gentle stroll around the village or along our beautiful beaches.
The property is not fenced & with both internal & external stairs is not suitable for small children.
Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the Premises plus garage parking for one car. There is a locked storage room and a second garage (single) NOT accessible by guests.
On arrival; we are happy to meet you at the property on arrival (please contact us as you pass through Moruya or Bodalla to facilitate this) OR leave keys available for you in the keysafe located at the property.
The Neighborhood:
Beatty Crescent, located in 'Old-Tuross' enjoys ocean views. A range of swimming beaches, Lavender Bay boat ramp & Tuross Lake for fishing & boating are just minutes away. A walk down Jellicoe Road and along Trafalgar Road will bring you to the Boatshed Cafe as well as the Picked Octopus Restaurant.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Montague @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 6 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $125.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Montague. The property is non smoking.
