Great community with playground nearby and pool within walking distance. The house is just minutes to beach, shopping and restaurants. This large 2 story villa is updated and has 4 bedroom plus a loft and an office with futon. The house is spacious and provides space for privacy and togetherness.
This villa features a large first floor master bedroom and master bath with shower and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and grilling and has a 55 inch TV and seats 12 at the large table. The dining room seats 6 and the deck features table and chairs for out-door dining, lounge chairs for sunning and a grill.
There are six flat screen TV's, four DVD players, wireless internet, printer, Foosball table, Pack 'n play, beach chairs, umbrella and has a two car garage, laundry room with a washer and dryer . An outdoor shower on side of house has been added.

Lovely

Lovely, spacious vacation home! Our family enjoyed the area, pool, community playground right outside of the property. Large kitchen and a lot of dinning space. The beach is minutes away!

Great Beach Vacation!

Home was spacious, clean and many nice addiitions - such as extra beach chairs and umbrella. We were all adults over 34 years old - but the garage was filled with bikes and FUN for kids! Great communication with property manager throughout our two week stay. At one point we had 5 vehicles and plenty of parking at the home.

Enjoyable stay

The 8 members of my family had an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Ocean View at this property. The home is well equipped and within a short drive of everything we planned to do. Overall a great place!!

This property was great!! The property owner was amazing....I know I was pesky and messaged her a lot with questions, but she responded so quickly and she was very sweet! One thing I was disappointed about was seeing the listing online as 3 bathrooms, but its really 2.5 + the outdoor shower once I confirmed it with the property owner. When we walked in we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful it was! The high ceilings were breathtaking and it was so open! It was literally perfect for my family. There were a total of 6 adults and 3 children. I gotta say....that 4th bedroom for the kids was perfect! My little one is under 1, so he stayed in the little office room on the first floor which was a huge plus! The master bedroom is HUGE and I think that's an understatement!! My parents absolutely loved it. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for our big family. The outdoor shower was nice, but we were unfortunate to not be able to get it to work for some reason. The deck space was also nice, but it was very humid, so we didn't spend much time out there! A huge plus if you have smaller children there is a little playground right out front and my step son and niece (10) could literally just walk over to it. All in all it was a beautiful property and I do believe my family and I will be back next summer!

Amazing!

When we first pulled up I didn’t think we’d all be able to fit, but boy was I wrong. The house was huge and gorgeous! The amount of beds helped us get an extended family vacation. The house was very clean. It had a lot of essentials that you never think to bring on vacation- laundry detergent, ketchup, just to name a few. The beds were comfy, the amount of space for storage of things was large. They had a lot of items for the beach, such as sand toys and chairs. The pool was a short walk and very nice, and there was a playground by the house. We loved every moment of this vacation!

Spacious house, good location

House is very large and well furnished with nice size deck out back. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable and rooms are large. The cable box in the loft bedroom wasn't connected and there was no way to watch anything in that room. The TVs are not smart TVs so if you want to stream anything bring your own device to connect.

Perfect getaway

We selected this house for a 40th birthday celebration. We were able to accommodate myself and my partner as well as two sets of family groups including age ranges from 9 to 16 for the children. The rooms were very spacious, the master bath was amazing. If so inclined we could've included a toddler bed and a pack and play in the master suite. we used most of the sleeping areas and there were no complaints for the quality of the beds. One person even commented that it was the deepest sleep she had had in a long time with the sounds of the August insects to lol her to sleep. The back deck was very comfortable and private allowing for morning relaxation with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have a need to go out and purchase additional pots/pans as has been with many of my previous renting experiences. The price was well worth the stay. The only not even negative thing that was brought up was that it was a bit of a commute to the beach but if you were not planning on being on the beach all day every day I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Overall this vacation home was nice and we enjoyed our stay here but there were some concerns. There was no bags in all the trash cans including the bathrooms, I found hair in the refrigerator, on the master bedroom bed and on a wash cloth. The grill was not cleaned. There was no place for the grease to go so we had to put a pan under the grill to catch the grease. My daughter arrive a little early and played with her daughter on the playground. She saw a lady come out of the house with a dog. We were told no dogs allowed. Having a baby crawling on the floor with a dog that was in the house is not a clean environment to me. Finally, when we arrived the room with the baby furniture was too hot. I called Madeline and left a massage that the ceiling fan does not work and the room was extremely too hot for a baby and she never returned my call. But overall we enjoyed our vacation and the house was nice. Thank you Mrs. Laura Franklin

Great family get together spot!

Great house for large family staying together! Loved that they had everything.. and I mean everything already there.. including beach chairs, umbrella, water toys, every kitchen item you might need, even down to the olive oil and some basic spices!

Beautiful house - close to everything

The rooms were spacious. The house was so clean ! Lots of amenities. Great location- we visited Rehobith Beach, Dewey Beach, Ocean City and Assateague Island. The hostess provided check in info and that was all we needed. Great place to create family memories.

My husband was the builder for this community and we bought and watched him build it for us. We moved to Delaware full time in 2005 and this was our home until we built a house on Derrickson Creek.

This is a great, quiet community for vacationing. The house is perfect for multiple families and everyone can have space and privacy. The house is equipped with all you need for a wonderful time.

What makes this property unique

This is a very nice community to bike and walk with a playground within sight of home. The trees behind house give a private feel and the deck and outdoor space is enough for family outside time and enjoyment. The community is quiet yet close to all amenities the beach area of Delaware has to offer. You really can relax here.
