Spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, large living area, master bedroom and expansive front deck. Thoughtful design allows for freshocean breezes to flow through this entire top floor apartment.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 separate bathrooms, large open plan living area and fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine. Separate laundry and single garagewith internal access plus car space.
Great central location in Clarence Street provides the holiday maker with an equally measured stroll to either Main, Convent or Pippi Beaches, and less than 10 min walk to a variety of award winning restaurants and the Pacific Hotel.
Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.
We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
