Take a morning stroll along the sand of the beach, or follow the Rotary Walk down to the Farmers Markets early on a Wednesday morning, pop over to one of Yamba s many
restaurants for an evening meal, grab a drink at the Pacific Hotel, or shop at any of the boutique stores in the CBD. It is all there at your fingertips.
That is the beauty of this unit, it s so close to everything you could want, and so much more.
An open and airy unit, with a great coastal atmosphere. Wood look vinyl flooring featured throughout the living areas, with comfy lounges and a flat screen TV and large windows
which let in plenty of natural light. Open plan dining and kitchen area which opens out onto a small timber covered balcony, a great spot for capturing the cool afternoon breeze.
Neat and tidy kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal if you are so inclined. This property has two large sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a walk in robe and
queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. There are ceiling fans in both rooms. Internal laundry with additional storage. Pet friendly.
Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.
