Centrally located between the front and back beaches of Blairgowrie and close to supermarkets & shops. Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, ceiling fans throughout, an open plan lounge with smart TV, gas fire place, dining area for 8, split system air conditioner, bar stools and a stylish kitchen with all the modern functionality to cook up fabulous meals. A pod coffee machine. Sliding doors open out to the front undercover entertaining area with fan, BBQ, a tranquil garden landscape to immerse yourself in with your morning coffee.
Bedroom 4 located at the rear of this gem is a zone all on its own accommodating the children, big and small, sleeping up to 4, comfy lounge set up with a smart TV & Wi-Fi to play games or watch your favourite streaming shows. Fully fenced, secure and gated back yard with an undercover table tennis table & dart board.

3 night stay, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towel. Contact our office for hire linen prices which incl delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Short Stay Rental Accommodation Important Visitor Information.
Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
