When sending in Inquiry or booking request, please provide us with total number of guests, as there is extra cost for over 10 people and dates available on calendar. This will help us answer any question you have

Please NOTE: We recently had WIFI installed at our home.. This is NOT included in the rental agreement. If you would like access for your group it would be ONLY $10.00 per day and would provide 1 GB of data.

There is not a wifi provider in ES that offers unlimited so it is very expensive.
the average guest reservation is 10 people for $1.00 per day is very cheap.

** IF interested in the WIFI please request after reservation is complete and this would be paid in cash on arrival for the service**

Optional Services not included in rental fee

Friends and Family who come for day only (not staying over night) not included in rental
9 am enter to 6 pm exit, $ 10 per person, per visit paid on arrival we Must be notified before arrival or access will not permitted Maximum 16 people total including all children

Caretaker Services: Groups up to 12 people $20 per day, 13 or more $25 per day would be happy to take on the responsibility of preparing meals and clean up after. (Food/Charcoal not included) Arrangements for that can be made before you arrive, payment for service is made directly to caretaker each day… (not included in rental fee)
Keeping the house, patio and pool area clean is your responsibility if you choose not to use caretaker services Just like you are at home

The home is surrounded by 6-foot walls, large front gate, and locked beach gate, There’s tons of open green space for family, private pool with built in lounge area. Large coco’s provide lots of shade

Wifi available limited no streaming or downloading permitted, 1GB per day.

Blankets for sleeping ~ available upon request and must be return by renter to caretaker before departure

Personal toiletries - are not included (such as but not limited too, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and toothpaste)
Recommend – Bug Spray, indoor, outdoor and personal. Open concept allows for them to be everywhere. Not included in rental.
Well Water – must buy your own drinking / cooking water
No Washer / Dryer
On Beach Road there is two little stores, where you can replenish things like, bread, eggs, potatoes, charcoal, sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner, water and pop/ juice, no fresh meats, open until about 7 pm most days… located across from lot 45

Second Floor,

3-piece shared bathroom with stand up shower, 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom One – king bed, one twin bed, large closet for cloths and suit case storage, private Balcony over looking Ocean. A/C sleeps 3
Bedroom two – Master Queen Bed, closet, dresser for storage, Large private wraparound balcony over looking ocean and pool, A/C sleeps 2
Bedroom three – 4 twin custom bunk beds, closet and A/C large windows over look pool, with screens for night breeze. Sleeps 4
Bedroom four – Kids room 3 custom twin beds with drawers for storage, NO A/C sleeps 3

Kitchen is set up for 16 with basic needs, plates, utensils, plastic cups, pots, pans, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. NO Blender
