Modern and Cozy Studio apartment with Queen size bed, premium hotel quality bedding, 42 inch TV, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer! City view, short walk to the downtown core and Okanagan lake! Stroll the boardwalk along the lake and enjoy the nearby nightlife ! Close to downtown without being in the downtown core! Newer building (2018), secure , gym, barbecues, outdoor /indoor social area , and underground parking!
