This new beach beauty, monthly rental at the Shorewood Community is located near the Port Canaveral, and minutes from Cocoa Beach.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The spacious master bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite with a fireplace. There is a large chef's kitchen with brand new appliances for any meals in. There is a separate dining room, comfortable living room and TV's in the living room and bedrooms. There is a private balcony with a side view of the ocean (note: it is not direct oceanfront).
For your convenience, there is free wifi, parking, in unit washer & dryer, linens, towels, kitchen items, iron & ironing board & hair dryers supplied.
Shorewood is the perfect spot for family getaways, snowbirds, or traveling business types. The building also includes a community pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a work out room, shuffleboard, car wash station, and private beach access. If you are looking for a few months away, this is the place for you!
