Gorgeous views from Whale Watcher on Beach Drive! SCC#201321. This wonderful two-story home has great ocean views from every room except one! Located behind a private gate in Rio Del Mar, Aptos.

This home features a fully stocked kitchen with a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, disposal, electric stove, and a propane gas grill. The living room has 3 comfortable overstuffed sofas, a large overstuffed chair with ottoman, wall mounted 65 in OLED Flat Screen TV, Xfinity 600 mb Wi-Fi, and a corner Swiss style fireplace (dura log only Please)

The dining room table seats 10 comfortably. On the third floor In the Main Bedroom off the living room there is a small breezeway for outdoor access along the back of the house.

The house features TWO balcony decks with panoramic ocean views; one is off the second floor main bedroom, and the second balcony deck is off the third floor living/dining area, featuring BBQ and lounge chairs for relaxing.

The first bedroom on the second level has a King Bed. The second bedroom on the second level has 2 Queen Beds with 55' wall mounted flat screen smart tv. This room connects to a third bedroom via accordion (privacy) door with a Queen bed, this room also has additional entrance through the bathroom (pocket door).

For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer on the second level in the hallway bathroom and a 2+ car carport with a full bath and large storage area attached.

4 parking permits are provided for parking. No additional parking provided for guests. Cameras are located outside in common areas (front door, exterior, back patio, top deck, and carport.)
