• This property is not appropriate for small children due to the water features and spa.

• There is no air-conditioning as the property has been designed to maximise airflow by opening the louvers above the lounge and the upstairs vent (controls at the top of the stairs).

• Pets are on application only, even if they are just visiting. Please keep all pets off furniture, carpets and beds.

Excellent and comfortable!The only way to improve would be an ocean view. But we were only a few blocks from the beach.
