Quiet Comfort in the Big City. Just Steps to the Blue Line by AllSet Turnover

You'll love staying at our garden condo in Wicker Park ideally located on a quiet street near the excitement of Milwaukee Ave and Division Street - and just steps to the Blue line - you certainly won't run out of things to do when you stay here! Perfect for traveling couples and friends. Plus, it'll take you under 15 minutes to get to the Loop from here - book today!


You'll walk in at street level to our open layout living room and kitchen, with exposed brick and duct work. Off the living room is a bedroom with a Queen-sized bed. Toward the rear of the apartment is the bathroom, and the second bedroom. I also provide a pack n play.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Great location!
This location is great, right off of Division street! You can walk down Division street to plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was friendly and a great communicator, even before we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/ glasses. They even had a wine opener. :) Beds were comfy. Each bedroom has giant closets with plenty of hangers. The bathroom included plenty of towels and wash cloths. The shower had shampoo and conditioner. Bring body wash! The space was perfect for my husband and I. The house was very clean upon arrival. The only cons were it did not include parking so it can be a bit challenging to find parking on the street. There is a nice family living upstairs with small kiddos. You may be able to hear them at times since this unit it on the bottom. I would def stay here again!

Great Garden Apt in Wicker Park
Location right off Division was perfect. A block from coffee, restaurants, public transit, shops etc. The hosts are very responsive to any you need. Great layout for 4 adults or 2 couples. Would definitely stay here again.
