Las Olas sleeps up to 14 guests, so there is plenty of room for all. It’s a 4-bedroom and 4.5-bathroom East Beach home situated only steps from beach access. You’ll immediately notice the spectacular architecture, from the arched doors & windows to the massive wood beams adorning the ceiling. These elements are a visual delight and make for beautiful surroundings. Also, there is an amazing and spectacular fully equipped kitchen on offer.

On the main level you’ll find an open concept layout that includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, powder room, and screened porch. Cozy up in the living room to watch TV or gather around the sizable kitchen island while cooking dinner. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen features Viking appliances, a coffee bar, and pass-through windows to the screened porch. The screened porch is a lovely space with a sitting area and dining area overlooking the pool.

Taking the beautiful iron railed staircase to the second floor, at the landing you’ll find a sitting area perfect for reading that next chapter of your book and a workspace with a desk & chair to use when business is at hand. On this level you will find the primary bedroom with King sized bed, seating area, and balcony overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom boasts a soaking tub and large walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The large laundry room is also located on the same floor.

Making your way up to the third floor, there is a mini fridge & coffee bar in the landing area for convenience. This leads into a sitting area with a TV and sleeper sofa to accommodate two of the sleeping arrangements. There is also a bedroom on this floor with 2 queen beds along with a bathroom and screened porch with a cozy bed swing, perfect for napping. Las Olas is very well stocked, from the furnishings to the linens to the kitchen, comfort and enjoyment was of highest priority to ensure the most memorable stay for our guests, but it doesn’t end there.

Step outside on the terrace to experience paradise! Water spilling out of copper pipes into the emerald green pool makes for a relaxing scene while chaise lounges are arranged by the pool for afternoon naps and sunbathing. The outdoor kitchen is tucked away in the corner for all your outdoor dining needs. It’s all enveloped by lush landscaping and exquisite design for the perfect package!

Walking outside of the Las Olas gates, you will find that access to St Simons Island's finest beach is only steps away. East Beach is ever popular and Gould’s Inlet is just a short stroll away where you can enjoy what many call the best location on St Simons to watch the sunrise. Also, some of the islands best restaurants are located nearby such as, Fiddlers, Crabdaddy’s, Barrier Island Brewing, Crab Trap, and much more!

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day.
