About this property

The house was completely renovated between March and June 2018: reorganization of space, electricity, painting, tiling, ...
It now has an upscale American kitchen with large central island and a teak terrace with comfortable staircase and upholstered to standards offering a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant and Brégançon.
The renovation has not made it lose its charm of a typical La Capte holiday home. It is located near the sea and shops. They have two terraces, one on the sea side, under a Parassol pine, the other on the west side, under a flowered pergola.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, at an additional € 20 per person.

Lovely house at a great location

The house is simply beautiful and cute. Beautiful garden, incl outdoor shower (which is great after a beach day). The beach is literally a stone’s throw away, so are shops and restaurants. We stayed with our three girls aged 0, 3 and 5, and we all enjoyed it very much. La Capte is a cute little town for (mostly) French people on holidays. Our stay definitely our expectations. Valérie is a nice host too, easy communications.

Perfect location between beach and restaurants

We had a fabulous stay and a totally relaxed family vacation. Just leave the house with the kids through the back door and you are on the beach. You have a choice of several good restaurants and all basic shops within 100m. Chilling in the courtyard or on the rooftop was perfect, if you put on Moskito repellent.

Ein kleines Haeuschen in toller Lage.

Ein kleines sehr französisches Haus in toller Lage mit vier sehr schönen Aussenplaetzen. Für vier Personen gross genug und in der Küche alles vorhanden. Alles in kurzer Entfernung. Meer sehr schön. Renovierung noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen, Toilette war sehr laut. Schön wären Moskitogitter vor den Fenstern, da dieses Jahr viele Moskitos herumflogen.

manque salle de bain et entretiens divers

Maison très bien située mais manque entretien divers : - sol extérieur avec des niveaux différents suite à mauvaise pose carrelage et certains défectueux donc dangereux et poteries cassées. - porte extérieur pour aller à ma mer mais ne fonctionne pas donc il faut faire le tour ; dommage - revoir éclairage intérieur maison et extérieur - annonce 2 salles de bains mais 1 seule douche avec 1 petit chauffe eau donc pour 6 certains se douchent à l'eau froide - il faudrait une plancha en remplacement au vieux barbecue

La maison est vraiment agréable avec beaucoup de charme! Très bien placé à coté de la plage et des petits commerces! On fait tout à pied! Nous avons adoré!

Une chouette maison de vacances à côté de la plage !

Nous avons passé 15 merveilleux jours dans cette sympathique maison tout près de la mer : super pour les enfants d'être tout à côté de la plage et aussi pour les mamans d'être au centre du village. Superbe cuisine très bien équipée, séjour agréable et adorable petit jardin bien ombragé aux heures chaudes. Seul bémol, les sanitaires sont à améliorer. Annie (Belgique)
