The large contemporary style home has plenty of room for families between a spacious open concept lower level and 4 bedrooms plus a den/office with a daybed. The screened lanai has all the outdoor amenities you seek including a covered area with outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table and a heated swimming pool with waterfall hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and accented with lush green landscaping lending a tropical feel.
