This modern apartment is designed to deliver the perfect inner city retreat for couples, corporates, small groups and families.
Sleeping 4 guest across two bedrooms with the comfort of a king and queen size bed.
With everything right at your fingertips, you will love the ease and convivence this space has to offer.
The space
This apartment has all the amenities you will need. It's simplicity and use of natural textures and tones makes it feel relaxed, bright and beachy.
The modern, sleek kitchen is complete with stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and cook top. Be sure to enjoy the coffee machine provided before putting your feet up and taking in the moment.
The petite dining area has two dining room chairs and a built in bench seat to allow for all guest to enjoy. This flows onto the living area and out onto your very own private balcony, furnished with restaurant worthy outdoor lounge seating. Relax and unwind while listening to the beach life that surrounds you. In the evenings you will find this is the ultimate spot to sit back and watch the sun set.
The two bedrooms hold a king and queen size bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and toilet.
There is always a foldout couch, if you wish to book an extra person please request this and we will add this to your booking.
There is a heat pump for your comfort.
One secure carpark is provided, with additional free street parking if you require.
Once you have made your self at home, get ready for a day at the beach! You are located within minutes of the main patrolled area of beach where you will find the Mount Surf Club. Explores can venture up Mauao (Mount Maunganui) or simply enjoy a casual stroll around the base. The Mount Hot Pools and main shopping strip is also right outside your door.
