From the moment you step into this home youll be excited to call it your home away home for next several days. The living space is open and bright. Theres plenty of seating on the oversized sectional as everyone gathers around to plan the next day or relax and watch a movie together on the 60” LED TV. Self cater your holiday vacation in the fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need. Enjoy your perfectly blended smoothie at the open breakfast bar that seats 4. Brew iced cold coffee and take it out to the secluded patio where theres a table and chairs for 6 or lounge on one of the 4 sun loungers. Enjoy the pool at any time of the day to cool off from the Florida heat. When its time for a meal the elegant dining area has enough seats for 10.

     Theres plenty of entertainment in this home to occupy everyones free time. The game room in the converted air-conditioned garage includes a foosball table, pool table, air hockey, and a tabletop with benches for a board game or game of cards. If you want to watch your favorite movie in style, theres a private home theater with 9 luxury movie chairs. Upstairs has a loft area with a plush sofa and another TV to enjoy a good show or two.

     This home has 8 bedrooms and sleeps 17 guests. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, clock radio, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub, and dual sinks. All bedrooms have their own LCD TV. The second master suite also features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have a king size bed, one has a queen size bed, one has a full size bed, and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm

Check-out time is 10:00 am

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

Tax is not included in nightly rates

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
