This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (1.1 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.9 Miles), The National WWII Museum (2.5 Miles), and Harrahs Casino (1.9 Miles).

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit including the living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, and spacious backyard.

Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

We stayed at this property over New Years weekend and the property was exactly as described! Michael was highly accommodating and made our stay easy.

Clean, quiet and bright space!
This property is lovely for the price, and the owner offered us to check in a night early at a discounted rate, saving us money from buying a hotel room when we had to fly in a day earlier! Very spacious and clean. The property its self is part of a duplex on a quiet and less busy street but it was a 10 minute ride to anything we wanted to go to so we were able to sleep in peace while still being near stores and restaurants. This property is part of a duplex, all of the living space and outside space dedicated to us was on the first floor. The second part of the duplex which was rented out separately from us I believe was on the second floor, we could hear the other renters walking around. The host was very responsive before and during booking. They even left a guide book to recommend where to eat and what to do while visiting. I would absolutely stay here again.
