Get ready to relax and have FUN! Highlights are the spacious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, skiing, or just being outside in the fresh crisp air of the mountains. You will find yourself nestled amongst the trees where there are lots of options to re-connect with family/friends. The space is the perfect combination - an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with a rustic cabin vibe in the living spaces and bedrooms. There’s a sense of comfort and charm that makes you feel like you are in the woods with all of the conveniences of home. The gingerbread cookies are just waiting to be made.
Guests have access to the entire space and there is also access to the lake pass providing access to the Lake Arrowhead lake trail (requires a $10 per guest per day fee charged by the Arrowhead Lake Association)

Quiet upscale neighborhood
Access is easy, it’s a wide flat street that is plowed in the winter.
To make this property affordable for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee of $12 per person per night after 2 people.
Age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Not all owners provide lake passes for guests. Access is provided to the lake trail. Swimming and fishing are allowed from the trail.
For 28+ day stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:
Refundable damage deposit is $100
Refundable cleaning deposit is $350
- 45-day cancellation policy and for shortened stays
Note: The cleaning fee for 28+ day stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing.
For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $275. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.
Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.
