Launch at the boat ramp and park your boat up at the townhouse jetty during your stay, making it super easy for you to enjoy a hassle free day on the water! The jetty can accommodate boats up to 8m.

Everything about this property was totally tops. Very well maintained, lots of space and such a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to town and a pleasant stroll to Mantarays. Certainly hope to visit again in the near future.
Lovely property, ok not right in town, but a lovely area and nice and quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lynn was very helpful with our booking, and the whole process was seamless. We'll be back (-:

We had a wonderful holiday and would stay here again if available. Plenty of room including outdoor spaces. Position of clothesline excellent for drying.
The house was lovely and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. There was also space to park the boat and a lockable storage room for our gear. Being a very short ride / drive into town was perfect for us for the quiet location.
Lovely place to stay. Clean and well presented with everything needed for a home away from home feel. Access to jetty was easy and convenient for those with a boat.
We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. The main living space is nice, with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas. While we were there, the WiFi was not working due to a technical problem outside the property. Carolina, the property manager, tried hard to get the problem fixed but the area is remote so fixes take time. One air condition unit started to leak, so another problem had to be put up with. The coffee machine didn’t work, but a quick messages to Carolina led to a new and rather nice coffee machine being provided, complete with two bags of coffee. Parking was easy and the nice Mantaray Restaurant was an easy walk away. Overall, we had a nice week of beach visits, boat rides and snorkelling.
Well- appointed throughout, clean, well-equipped. Thank goodness for the air conditioning because it was very hot while we were there. Easy to get to amenities such as groceries, pharmacy, shops. Driving to ocean trips in Ningaloo and Coral Bay was easy. Such beauty everywhere!
