There is off-street outdoor parking as well as on-street parking. On-street parking is actually more convenient for guests of Hill House as you can park closer to the entrance. Guests can choose. Hill House is situated on...a Hill! There are steps to traverse to enter and exit the property.
You have access to the one bedroom flat, your own shower and toilet and kitchenette. You also have your own entrance and an outdoor dining table.

The house is in a residential area with neighbours close by. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and respectful of the time if day.
