Our recently renovated (January 2023) 1 and 2-bedroom condos have been thoughtfully outfitted with brand-new appliances, stylish furniture, and modern fixtures, promising a comfortable and delightful stay.

For water enthusiasts, step outside, and you'll discover a generously sized canal-front swimming pool, an oasis of refreshment and relaxation. Bask in the Caribbean sun, let the gentle breezes caress your skin, and take a dip to unwind. And for your convenience, we offer ample free parking, ensuring you have one less thing to worry about during your stay.

Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.

Accommodation:

Unit #1 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor canal-front-end condo with a Queen-size bed. The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable, and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Inclusions:

Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach. Also included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Convenient Location:

The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities.
