Dissapointing in the End from Host & Manager
The Villa was 70% good. Not on beachfront but 5 min walk. Checkin time was after we notified weeks in advance we would be early. Villa was not very clean. Rat poo in kitchen cupboards & shelving. Water stank when run. No hotwater for the 10 days we were there. Notified Manager Sari day after we arrived & kept being told it would be fixed. No water in ensuite bathtub at all until they fixed it on day 6 but still no hotwater. Sheets were ripped and not changed over 10 days. Towels had rips in them but changed every now & then. Had to ask for more pool towels over the 10 days. Lounge was dirty & pool kabana dirty - didn’t use at all. One of the Pool lounges was broken - no cushions like in photos. Windows & doors dirty. Cleaners kept turning aircons off when we were out. Response to replacing water filter bottle was very poor as Husband & Daughter got Bali Belly so needed filtered water. Garbage bin was filthy & garbage bags did not fit bin properly. Have asked Host - Ael, for half of money back but he has stopped responding to us. Villa is very run down compared to photos online. No washing machine. Kettle & microwave were filthy. Did not use kettle at all. Had to buy kitchen cleaner to clean benches & microwave properly. Fridge & freezer were dirty as well. Pool was good. Spacious Villa. No spare toilet paper, bought our own. Linen cupboard was mouldy & disgusting. Somedays asked for towels & teatowels as did not want to use linen cupboard ones as they stunk of mouldiness.
