This spacious townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

All the amenities were built in 2015 which includes the beautiful pool, water slides, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, business center, convenient store, etc...Daily children activities are also available for free.

Fantastic Condo Right Near Disney!

Super clean condo with tons of space. My friend and I met in Orlando to bring our children to Disney for the week. The condo had everything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for a few families. The pool was very nice and great for small children. The drive to Disney was fast. We even came back to the condo mid day to let the kids rest. We would definitely stay here again!

I can write several paragraphs but instead I'll say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I had a some concerns so I contacted the host and she came the very next morning and addressed all my issues. Even on NEW YEAR DAY!!!!! Will recommend and will rent again. It's also close to Old Town if you just and to hang out with kiddo's and have grown up time also..

Great experience

We’ve stayed at Regal Oaks with multiple different hosts over the last several years. Mary Li was a fantastic host and the townhome was in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the living space worked well for our family. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were very happy with our stay!

Yearly Family trip to Orlando!

THIS IS OUR 5Th STAY IN REGAL OAKS, ORLANDO,THE LOCATION IS GREAT, CLOSE TO ALL PARKS, CONVENIENT TO PUBLIX AND OTHER STORES AND RESTAURANTS! AND THE FAMOUS OLD TOWN , WAS NEXT TO US! SO OUR KIDS WENT TO DISNEY PARKS, AND US, GRANDPARENTS, ENJOY OUR HOUSE , COMMUNITY POOL AND BEAUTIFUL CLUB HOUSE! WE HAD 1 BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND 3 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS, 4 BATHROOMS! Disney trip

We had to scramble last minute for a place to stay after hurricane Ian left the Disney campground closed for the time we were supposed to be there. Mary was fantastic to deal with and helped us out, answered all the questions we had and was very quick to respond. The furniture in the living room wasn’t very comfortable and the couch material was peeling but it worked perfectly for what we needed. The community pool was beautiful!

Great Experience

My family and I stayed here last week and weekend. The check in and check out process was easy and went smoothly. The property was clean and had lots of room for the 6 of us. The location right by Old Town and Fun Spot was excellent. We had a great experience.

Orlando vacation

This house was perfect for our 10 day Orlando vacation. There were four adults and two teens and we had plenty of room for everyone. Three full and 1 half baths were great too for a big group. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Mary was a great host and very responsive to my questions. The complex was also nice. Large pool with lots of shade and seats. There was a small restaurant and bar and a small sundries shop. The location is within walking distance to old town Orlando which was a nice place to walk around. I would definitely recommend this house and Mary as a host.

Family - Ladies get-a-way!!!

Recently we: my sister, mother and aunt, spent five nights here as a family get-a-way and place to stay while my nephew had a competition in town. It worked out perfectly for us!!! We loved the location...close to everything, but away from the crazy. We were able to cook for ourselves some and yet enjoy meals out too. The pool was beautiful, clean and warm. It fit our needs to the T!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Disney Vacation

Our kids are sixteen, twelve and two. The property has 4 bedrooms. Two with king beds and two with two single beds in each. The rooms with king beds have on suite full bathrooms and the rooms with the single beds have an additional bathroom to share. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was perfect since we had early mornings and late nights at the parks. The property was pretty convenient for access all Disney and Universal properties with 12-15 minute commutes to any of them. Having a high chair, pack and play, child safety gate and numerous strollers at the property was a great convenience. Very clean housing in a gated community gave us peace of mind. There are plenty of food options around for dine in, delivery or takeout from a lot of well known brands. This was a great place to stay for our family.

Great Location!

The location of this property was great! We were within a 10-15 min drive of all Disney parks. Good communication from owner. Pool area was perfect and our kids enjoyed the slides. You do need to be 48 inches to ride. House had all the amenities we needed. House is a little dated, but it didn’t affect our stay.
