Located very close to the best Breckenridge has to offer, being an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander 301 is a 3 bed /3 bath town-home with plenty of room for 7 guests.

The spacious open floor plan is wonderful for a family vacation. Relax by the fireplace in the living room, or watch the game on the big screen, while the rest of the family is playing cards at the dining room table. Family meals can be prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, including granite counters and modern appliances. Drive over to the Upper Village pool and hot tub which has a pass included with your stay.

On the upper level you'll will be greeted with a master suite providing a plush king bed, and en suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with a separate full bath. The lower level provides a bedroom with both queen and twin beds, and private full bath. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Book your dream vacation today at Highlander 301! This town home has a heated 1 car garage, with parking for a 2nd vehicle in the driveway. Only 2 vehicles allowed to park onsite (one in garage and 1 in the driveway), additional vehicles can be parked at an offsite location. The home has stairs and 3 levels.

NO smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.

Excellent property, great location
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Location is great for the snowflake lift and a short walk to Main Street. The condo was very clean and the management was responsive from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again. I note though that the condo is on Primrose Path and not Kings Court. But we rented from Charter Soorts at the base of Snowflake Lift and stored our gear there overnight, so the little bit of extra walk wasn’t a problem.

Amazing location, lots of space!
Beautiful property just blocks from the lift and short walk to downtown. Bedrooms spread out over three levels so great for a group of friends or family. Also, space for two cars which is rare and was very convenient!

Falls far short of the price paid
Check in process was normal. Fair cancellation policy. Effortlessly took my payment. House location is ok… there are many better options in terms of proximity to downtown action and easier walks to lifts. This one requires uphill trek to get to the Snowflake lift. The biggest disappointments with this place:1. No pool access keys were found in the house. We had to get one delivered and had to wait for it before using the pool facility. 2. Dated appliances. My goodness, a toaster oven from the 1980-1990:, really? Spend the small bucks to get a new one that doesn’t take 10 mins to make toast. 3. Same for coffee maker. Spend a few bucks and get a new and well working coffee maker. We are in the mountains for goodness sake. 4. Cheap TV. Again, modernize a bit here with a true Smart TV. 5. Lighting. Mismatched color temps. Cheap switches. No dimmers. 6. Garage keypad. It stopped working. Service person said this was not the first time. Just get it fixed and don’t let more customers have to keep dealing with this annoyance. 7. Ice maker. Broken. Just FIX it! Don’t put a sign on the door that it doesn’t work. Get it fixed. The whole fridge situation needs to be addressed. The water dispenser leaks. Cool looking Samsung but needs some attention. Details like this mean something. You want to stand out? Then work to address things like this… customers will appreciate it.

Great Location
The location was perfect for our younger crowd considering the easy access to the Snowflake lift which took us to several green runs. And, we made the walk down to town several times with ease. Although the listing said dogs weren't allowed, there was quite a lot of long, white dog hair throughout the house indicating that a dog had definitely been there before us and left us questioning how thoroughly the house had been vacuumed/cleaned ahead of our arrival. The house was great, but the cleanliness could have been better.

The only two complaints are there was a skittles rapper in the hide a bed when we pulled it out and the beds were not very comfortable.
