Amazing ocean views and only meters to the beach and all of Palm Beach's awesome cafes, bars and restaurants. Perfect for a romantic or a family getaway. Swim, surf, walks, relax. New 8 storey building completed about 3 years ago. Twin entrance from Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane. Elevator to the apartment on the 5th floor with views from the Hinterland around to Surfers Paradise and out across the ocean. Open plan living room with fitted kitchen and stone tops. Bright living & dining room that leads off to small hall into the two bedrooms. Bedroom has plenty of storage and ensuite. A second bathroom serves other bedroom and guests.

Entire apartment is available to the guests, along with access to the communal pool, gym and BBQ area. A dedicated secured underground parking bay is available, plus extra visitor parking.
