I was born and lived in St. John's, Newfoundland most of life and decided to return home after spending a decade in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I love to travel and know this city inside and out which will help make your stay authentic
Why they chose this property
A spacious and bright living and dining area with 10ft ceilings and hardwood flooring. Its open concept incorporates a very functional kitchen including a center island with a dishwasher and concrete countertops. Past the kitchen you will find the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads out to a fenced yard with a seasonal barbeque and patio sectional.
Upstairs features a main bathroom and three bedrooms with a spacious 15X12 master bedroom with an ensuite, king sized bed, walk-in closet, and a scenic view of signal hill. The second bedroom is a nice and cozy room with a double/full bed and brand new Endy mattress. The third bedroom is nice and cozy room with a queen bed.
