The heart adn soul of Capital Hill, Eastern Market is a mere 8 minute walk where you will find the longest continually operating farmers market in DC, Trader Joe's and the Eastern Market Metro Station servicing the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines. Safe location with 24/7 manned security station across the street at the entrance to the Marine Corps barracks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay here. I stayed for a month. The place was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I could need for my extended stay. The location was safe and conveniently located to restaurants, markets and the metro. The host was helpful and responsive. I WILL stay again and I recommend this place to others!
